fatigue problem
My problem started about 8 years ago, was pretty active and worked out alot, but had bad diet, and drink alot of diet coke during the day. One day i woke up exhausted, totally spent and could not recover from this, had trouble thinking like in a fog, and had trouble standing where i felt like i needed to hold onto something or i feel like i would fall over. I remember driving and was very difficult, old women would pass me and i would say to myself how can they be driving that fast. I stopped the diet soda cold turkey and had the shakes. Went on a heathly diet, went to my doctor and told him of the problem he never really found anything wrong with me. Since this time ive been to many doctor and told of my problem , but all my blood work is fine. Im better but still have a problem with fatique expeccially after working out. I still have trouble driving long distances and developed a kinda anxiety problem with this, I was thinking maybe it anderal burnout because doctors dont know anything about this for one thing, but all the diet soda maybe drained the adernals, i still have problems with sleep, recovery from training, fatique, and stress. Its been this way for long time i just live with it. But im sick of it, when i feeling really sick or tired or brain fogged, my tongue is very rigged around edges from my teeth, the tongue is kinda pasty white, i got kinda of a sensor problem, I think sometimes i have neurlogical problem or its adrenal fatigue, somedays im better than others but weightlifting affects it some how ,i can work out for awhile then i sorta crash my body and i needed take it easy and recover, any thoughts on my condition from anyone,, doctors have giving paxil and antidepressants but i dont feel depressed in that way and i hate taking them they make me feel worse.
