Default Fatty liver

Hey guys!

I´ve recently been diagnosed with fatty liver (and an ultrasound this morning confirmed that I have a pretty bad case of it).

Some history. I´m 23, used to be really athletic and into sports when young, but I became a couch potato in college and ate like crap (coke, junk food., you name it). Now I want to deal with this, but I´d appreciate a few pointers on how to do it.

I´m thinking of a stanadrd, low-fat, moderate-calorie diet with loads of fruit and veg, and at least 4 eggs thrown in per day for choline.

I´d be supplementing with some lecithin, a gram of choline citrate, a B-100 complex and a few grams of betaine (TMG).

Would this be an effective way of treating this? I do some form of resistance work or cardio every day.

Thanks!

Forgot to add, I would also take a few grams of ALCAR and several grams of Vit C ascorbic acid (I don´t have gastric problems even with multi-gram doses when split throughout the day).

HAN, thank you very much for your answer!

"B-complex" - Would this be ok? Jarrow Formulations B-Right Complex

"Phosphatidylcholine 3000 mg per day" - Would using regular lecithin with 35% and simply tripling the dose be satisfatory?

Btw, what does BID mean? Twice per day?

Thanks again!

Phosphatidylcholine GREAT LINK !!
