My employer is switching insurance groups so I will be forced to look for new insurance. I was recently diagnosed with a pituitary tumor and will possibly be going on TRT. Does being on TRT increase your chance of being denied for health insurance? |

I will be going from a group plan to my own individual plan. So with the new plan I am going to have to fill out 20 pages of paper work with all the stuff I've done in the last 5 years medical wise. I'm just afraid that now having a pituitary tumor and possible TRT coming up that this is just going to ruin my shot of getting insurance unless I get something with a massive deductible. I'm just curious if anyone has any experience with dealing with a new insurance company when being on TRT. Is this going to work against me drasctially or do they consider it like diabetes? |
