Hi All, As you might recall, I ended a 2 year stint with TRT last year. I spent the first couple months of this year monitoring my hormone levels and how I feel. Things have progressively slipped downward (mood, concentration, libido, etc). Here's my most recent 3 labs: ![]() It seems that I'm on a definite downward trend. The thing that is really surprising is that Selegiline really didn't seem to do much this time. I started taking 7.5mg/day (split up into 3 doses) on March 15th. When I took Selegiline last year in conjunction with HCG, it's effect was quite strong. This is from a pure numbers perspective. Selegiline did noticeably raise libido for me this time...perhaps a useful tool for later. I was hoping to give Selegiline alone another 2 weeks so that I could have 2 sets of labs while on it, but I need some relief. I got back on Nolvadex this morning. I'm considering doing some Adrenal screening after I get my hormone levels back into the normal range. Here are my complete TRT lab results from the last 2 years. You can see a lot of interesting things. HCG + Seligiline was quite potent. HCG alone was good except for marginal DHT. Test Cyp alone was good from a numbers standpoint, but I just didn't feel good on it. Lots of lab results using Test, Test+HCG, HCG, etc. Sonny |

I seem to get lowered libido and difficult to reach ejaculation while I am on my SERM only.... did you think the selegeline might help counteract that making staying on Serms longterm to be more palatable? I have some selegeline on order so I will be experimenting with it too, but I am currently tapering off of nolvadex, feel really strong and good right now. Just libido is not strong, it works, but it is not a pressing desire like it should be, and it takes a lot of 'work' to reach the ejaculation point. I'm thinking it must be an estrogenic effect of the serms, so we will see. I have resisted taking Maca lately as I did not want to introduce another variable in the mix (progesterone?) |

Thanks for the info. Once I get my T levels back on track, I'm gonna do some adrenal screening. I saw a previous post of yours where you mentioned that TRT affects adrenal fatigue in some manner due to cortisol suppression? Thanks, Sonny |
