Going to the Endo in a few hours

Alright guys I am making my second trip to the Endo @ 2:15 today, and I am pretty sure that he is going to prescribe some gel since my first time there he had me do a clomid test which didnt really produce any results. So my question is lets say that he prescribes me the gel and by the time I get it filled and am home its 4 oclock is it too late for me to apply it today(should I just wait til tomorrow)? Also do most Pharmacies carry the gels or is it something that they have to special order for you.

First ask him to give you a 200 mg shot of T to jump start you then do the Gel in the morning. Most Pharmacies carry the gel. Also if he starts you on 5 grams make sure you ask for a script to get your blood tested in 2 weeks and go back and see him the next week. Androgel says to do this to be sure it is working and that you don't need a higher dose. If he does not want to do a shot to jump start you your T levels will go up then you brain will see this and stop sending the messages to your testis to make more T and you could fall back lower then when you started.

i dont understand how doing a jumpstart injection can prevent testicular atrophy you described- surely jump starting will just spead up atrophy

I am only saying what Dr. John did and it makes sence so you don't go up on the start of the gel and then drop when your brain sees the T from the gel in his blood stream doing the shot will get him over the hump has nothing to do with his testicular atrophy. It has to do with how he will feel.
