So what is the most concise convincing info on getting my balls to grow back again?

My list of symptoms are:

smaller testicles
weaker erections
smaller erections (yes my dick has shrunk)

I really hope they can do something for me. I am literally going psychotic, it is the most emasculinating experience ever.
