Default And the good news is I will be flying out to see Marianco

After years of self-medicating and many more years of inadequate doctors, I decided I need to hire a professional if I am ever going to get better.

Not only do I have secondary hypogonadism and ADHD, I strongly suspect I also have hypopituitarism, hypothyroidism and adrenal fatigue. And it just keeps getting worse.

So I'll be getting some extensive labwork done in the next week or so. My appointment with Marianco is on Aug. 3rd.

To all those who have visited Marianco, what should I expect during the two-hour consultation?

Good - move. He is fantastic. I been through many endo's/dr's for yrs ... flew thousands of miles to see him ...and extremely worth it.

If u can, get his list of tests done first, then you'll get the most from it.

I don't think you will be sorry seeing Marianco and we are in the same boat. I am Hypopituitary have low Cortisol levels, low Thyroid, low Testosterone, low DHEA and low aldosterone. I am one Depo T shots 70 mgs. every 3 days and HCG the 2 days each in between my T shots. I am using Arimidex to keep my E2 down and found out my E2 is much less a problem go on Florinef for low aldosterone levels. So I went from 1mg. of Arimidex a day to .5 mgs every 3 to 5 days. I take Cortef for my low cortoisol levels doing 10mgs in the morning about 5am then at 10am I do 2 pill of Isocort at noon I take 5mgs of cortef and at dinner. I do 1 grain of Armour 3 times a day and 15mgs at bedtime. I take 25 mgs of DHEA. I finely am feeling dam good so I would hope he gets you doing the same good luck.
