Ok I have not used steroids in 15 months - this was an attempt at TRT using 125mg of test myself, which I used for about 5 weeks only and sent me above normal ranges. It has been 27 months since Ive actually done a proper cycle - which was very heavy - 15 weeks, 1500mg test, 600mg deca etc. a year ago ( ie about 3 months after stopping the "TRT" ) my testosterone levels were: 2.1 the range = 8.4 - 28.7. - ifelt pretty bad on this no libido As of today a year later clean of gear, the total testosterone came back at 12.7 on the same range of 8.4 - 28.7. So while my levels arent very bad, they are quite poor. My libido is reasonable, I have sex once or twice everyday. What can be done to get it into a higher range other that TRT etc, as I dont want to go onto test shots, HCG etc.. I am dieting also with about 20% calories from fats, but low calories about 2500 so i figure this would lower things. I havent drank at all in 4 weeks also which must have a positive effect. I was thinking a nolvadex protocol perhaps? Clomid gives me eye tracers so i want to avoid this. 5 years ago - when i was 23 and had not used steroids in 5 years (and only twice brifely when i was 18) my testosterone levels were 27 on the 8.4 - 28.7 scale, so maybe I just need to wait a little longer for things to get back to normal? Having sex "once or twice each day" is not "reasonable". You guys set the bar too high sometimes. As we have posted here many times, unfortunately, SERM-class drugs simply do not work as "TRT". I do not understand the reasoning, though: you do not want to do good 'ol testosterone, but do want to use other meds, with many other effects, or questionable herbal supplements, etc.? |

Swale i have nothing against testosterone, it's just id like to keep my natural system running rather than go onto TRT. Im not clear if i understand your setting bar too high comment - what i meant is with my current libido on 12.7 testosterone, i want to or have sex once or twice a day. So you are saying thats a good libido? I do think my libido's good at the moment actually, and on the plus side i figure ill lose my hair alot slower having modest T levels rather than high ones, but are there any health concerns with modest T, as apposed to hypogonadal T where i know there are health problems? Cheers bro |

Actually having sex 1-2/day with yourself or others is pretty great. But only "wanting" it about 1-2/day... not so great.

I speak of how other doctor's live their lives. I am never on call, do not have to fight with insurance companies, etc. That makes all the difference in the world as far as QOL goes. But I have had to scratch and claw to survive, and sacrificed much to make it this way. And we are no where near out of the woods yet.
