Guys - Good News!

I'm finally biting the bullet and flying out to Lansing to see Dr. John. I'm fed up with trying to find someone decent in this supposedly world-class city I live in (Washington, DC - which is actually still in many ways a sleepy, provincial, southern town). Btw, you can't even get a direct flight to Rome, Italy from Dulles "INTERNATIONAL" airport here! ...but enough about DC. So, I see Dr. John on Feb. 2. My total T has dropped and my doc. here refuses to do an E2 test on me - He says I don't need it because he looked at total estrogens - which, by the way is SKY HIGH. The range is 40-115, and mine is a whopping 198!!!! No wonder I'm getting hot flashes...but the doc. doesn't seem to be concerned with this! (Somebody please shoot me.) I'm betting my E2 is going to be quite high as well. So apparently my T gel is aromatizing quite a bit, and I assume Dr. John will put me on DIM or Arimidex. I'm also hoping he'll try some HCG in the mixture. Anyway, wish me luck - I'll let you know what he puts me on and how I do. It's soooo frustrating to think that in one of the richest, most powerful, and most educated countries in the world, we can still be so backward and regressive in so many ways.

Dr John is a great guy. I'm very happy that I made the trip and have him working to turn my health around.
