guys--nolvadex not cutting it

i was using nolvadex at 10mgs per day for almost 2 months. i felt a tad better but still felt weak and frail.i just shot hcg the other day(500iu) and what a difference! my libido is still lagging a bit but i have more energy. i firmly believe that clomid has a more direct impact on the hypothalamus than nolvadex does;at least for me. i had blood work done the day after my last olva tab and just before any hcg, so these results will be based soley on nolvadex. curious to see what the deal is. also,i am still a bit unsure as to what estrogenic effects nolva exerts on certain tissue and where? its an anti estrogen in certain tissue and an estrogen agonist for others;i wonder if this could be a negative to ones health/ its intersting that nolvadex lowers the chances of breast cancer but increases cervical cancer risk. i say this because as i said a few times here,i read that nolvadex was linked to prostate cancer.
