I have been taking LEXAPRO for 3 months solid and have been on testosterone treatment for 7weeks straight. Dose: 500mg test and 200mg deca, weekly. Energy levels are not where they should be and diet is on que. 4000 calories daily no junk. Not seeing gains I should be seeing. Pharmacuetical grade gear w/ prescription from my doctor. No bullshit. Can the Lexapro be lowering my T-count? Thanks for your input. |

The answer is yes! Lexapro is an ssri which increases levels of serotonin in your brain but actually all over your body. This eventually decreases dopamine which eventually will decrease your body's production of testosterone. However you should still have plenty testosterone in your body because of the the amount you are taking each by injection. But high levels of serotonin and low levels of dopamine can make some lethargic and sleepy.
