Im curious myself... I got into it with my pharmacist who was all nervous about giving me the Novarel which is to be used IM only according to him..and my doc wants me to inject subq....they almost wouldn't give me the medicine...he wanted me to ask my doctor about ovarel... an IM injection of HCG... I told him my doctor knows what he is doing and give me my medicine or I will go somewhere else..he finally relented... from what I have read..subq is fine...please correct me if Im wrong..

It's pretty obnoxious for a pharmacist to second-guess the doctor, in my opinion.

Do what your doctor told you to do.

I do both my HCG and T shots in my leg thy. Using a 27g. 1ml x 1/2" lg. needle works good for me.

Swale says to do HCG SubQ. I do it SubQ and it works great.

I feel the needle I am using is a subQ shot just in the leg.

so i have 28 guage 1/2 inch , i just shoot right in the belly about a few inchs left or right of navel ? inject the whole needle or half ?

Push the needle all the way in. You got the rest of it right. That is how i do my HCG.

How thick do you think the fat is on ones thy. I am still over 250 lbs. yet you may be right my legs are lean. I have to do my shots this way this is what my Dr. told me.

I pinch the belly fat and inject into the pinched area. For me 1/2 inch would probably go into muscle almost anywhere on my body without doing this.
