Thanks alot for all your help on my last post. To re-cap (21 and tested low for test, but gets interesting...HELPPPP), I am 21 and had my T checked out of curiosity, and came out at 253 in the afternoon. I have since taked another test checking all my hormones. Test was taken in the morning a couple weeks ago. Notice the FSH levels... Total T 382 (280-1100) Free T 9.5 (9-30) Total only 307 (240-950) <------------- i dont know what the hell that is % free 3.1 ( 2.0-4.8) Estrone 22 (10-30) Estradiol 32 (10-40) <---------Is this high???? LH 4.13 (1.5-9.3) FSH 1.3 (1.4-18.1) <--------------LOW ESH 2.85 (.35-5.5) **STILL WAITING FOR DHT** Upon looking at this it seem my LH, FSH may be the culprit for my low T. My situation is that it is hard for me to put on any size as i love to work out, and i experience a lot of mood swings and anxiety. But one thing i can say i have is a very healthy sex drive. I have made an appointment to see an endo in 2 weeks. ANybody know what i should do in preperation?? SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLANE WHAT THE HELL FSH IS AND HOW I CAN RAISE IT. What can you guys deduce from looking at my second blood test. |

FSH has to do with spermogenesis and even if it really is low (may have been lab error or just caught at a bad time), it is high enough. You could probably benefit from TRT, but I doubt you're gonna get it from the endo. Most guys have better luck with general physicians. But good luck. |

I'm on TRT and confident that I have not made myself infertile. Exogenous testosterone+hCG=TRT with good fertility. A trial of Androgel might be of aid in helping you to determine how much better you feel with TRT. If you feel much better then I think you'll want to stick with TRT. If you find that your symptoms don't resolve, then maybe TRT isn't worth it. |

Chances are that an endocrinologist will simply deny you treatment. But you might get lucky and go to one that has a clue. With Androgel, you don't do any intramuscular injections. With hCG, the standard protocol is two subcutaneous injections/week, but with 30G or 31G insulin syringes, the needle is just so small that that the injection is almost a joke. Many of us are in our 20s. Most of us don't get upset about TRT at all. In fact, TRT was just the opposite for most of us; we were so glad to have found a solution to our problems that we were, in fact, delighted. Besides all of that, appropriate TRT is something that you can discontinue at any point in time. The idea that TRT is for life is a myth. That said, the vast majority of TRT patients have no interest in discontinuing. |

I see. SHould i also mention to him that when i was 18 I tried prohormones for a month, or do you think that that doesnt have much bearing? Should i also bring any information as written b SWALE? What would you guys do, being veterans in this subject? |

No i havent, how do i do that?? I believe that my test has always been low. But i am interested in seeking consultation from him. How do i go about doing that? |

Go to www.allthingsmale.com, that is Swales TRT clinic website. You should be able to do it through that site.

Physicians are people and each of them reacts differently. Some physicians are happy to provide a prescription if you tell them it is really important to you and that you've done lots of research. Others will just refer you to an endocrinologist, under the mistaken impression that endocrinologists know anything about TRT. |

But part of the problem is that i dont know if I need TRT. I need to figure out if i do. I thought the doctor was suppose to help with that, but its looking like they dont really. Is this something i have to figure out for myself to go on TRT before i see him? Also is it possible that i could jsut go on HCG shots, seeing as how my FSH is low? Meaning i may not need to add any test? Does anybody here soley take HCG and no test??? |

Bro, I realized that you inquired about a primo/d-bol cycle in the anabolic forum. Are you planning on using this or are you on it now? If you are using this, this may be the cause of your suppression. Despite what people may think, ANY AAS will have supressive qualities-even primo and anavar! No i havent touched it. I was inquiring about it before i got my secnod lab tests back. I was also just researching for the possibility of doing it in the feature, although the possibility doesnt look too good right now. Good looks though... |
