Help, interpeting my results.

Started HRT 6/07..... I was doing 200mg of test every week with one shot of HCG 500iu. I did 6 months of that and my blood work concerning testosterone/estradiol was 1500ng/dl and 116pg/ml.

january 08...dropped test cypionate down to 140mg weekly and split up dosages of HCG to 250iu on day 5+6 before test shots. bloodwork just came back after 6 months of this that testosterone levels are 1200ng/dl and estradiol is around 80pg/mL. this is on the day before my HCG shot of course.

Since dropping my dosage of test 60mgs, my e2 also came down about 35pg/mL
My doctor says that my e2 is acceptable because of the rate of conversion but I would like it lower, and I also think that it would help in fat loss too. All my other hormones are normal.

I believe that I am going to drop my Testosterone cypionate down to 100mgs weekly and keep the same hcg dosage.

Would I most likely see a continued decline in Estrogen when doing this? as I believe that my testosterone would still be very good.

Use Quest Diagnostics for your monitoring.
These tests:

Estradiol, Ultrasensitive, LC/MS/MS (30289X)
Testosterone, Free, Bio/Total (LC/MS/MS)
Dihydrotestosterone, Free, Serum (36168X)

It will be much easier to figure out where you stand.
Do your blood draw 48 hrs after T shot, again for ease of monitoring and comparing with others.
When using those tests and as described, your goal for testosterone would be
BAT~575

Your goal for E2 would be per range on test plus fine tunning per your nightly erections pattern.

Your goal for DHT is to be at the top range or only slightly above.

Often it is easier on the body to have twice weekly schedule.

Shoudln't he be taking an AI like arimidex or tamoxifen to help control the estradiol while dropping his test and/or HCG down.

No Tamoxifen.
Yes to Arimidex.
I use liquid, either Liquidex or Anastrozole.

I've dropped my test dosage to 100mgs weekly, I'll retest after 2 months and check my levels also noting my nightly erections.
