How does sex affect TRT?

Can ejaculation affect one's TRT results. If I have sex a few times per week, I don't need to take Arimidex for high total Es. I feel better relief after having sex than after taking the Arimidex. If I take the Arimidex around the time I had sex, I get the horrible effects of low E2. If I have sex too many times, however, I get limp and feel like crap.

Would Dostinex be beneficial even if prolactin levels are normal. I've had my prolactin levels tested a number of times with normal results. However, my sex drive and ability to achieve multiple ejaculations have decreased since being on trt for the past 10 years even though my T, estrodiol, SBHG, thyroid and andrenas levels were normal. More specifically, my old endo had asked me to stop trt twice in the last 5 years and each time I reinitiated trt, my sex drive, ability to achieve multiple ejaculations and general feeling of well being has diminished greatly. In other words, the beneficial effects of trt are pretty much gone.

Another wierd fact that may shed light on this is that I used to get acne on my back when I first started trt, but in the last five years since stopping and restarting trt the first time, NO ACNE ANYWHERE. Also, my hair thinned out to were I have to shave it, but the dermatologist said I don't have male pattern baldness. She said there is something else causing it but she couldn't tell from the blood work. It thinned out around the first time I stopped trt and never got any worse or any better. It thinned out in a matter of two months! Anyone had this happen? I've also gained a lot of weight in the last 5 years, but it's mostly water retention. Can you tell I'm frustrated! hahaha I'm sure a lot of you can relate.

Be a little cautious using dostinex. A recently published study showed a very strong association between heart valve disease and prolonged use of dostinex (cabergoline).

dude get ur prolactin checked...thin ahir and crap like that is a sign of elevated prolactin.
if it is, use cabergl=oline like low dose, like .25 mg oonce a week will lower it enough, that took mine down to 1. i got sick as shit tho from that stuff.
