 How long before Nolva takes effect?
Generally how long is it into treatment before people start noticing the benefits of Nolvadex? I've been taking 40mg daily for nearly 2 weeks now and haven't noticed much change. Incidentally is there any benefit to taking 20mg in the morning and 20mg at night? Currently I just take 40mg before bed.        |

The first time I took Nolva, it took about 4 weeks @ 40mg before the my LH was up above the normal range. In most cases, several weeks seems to be the commonly reported amount of time before it starts working. When I was on 40mg, I would take 20mg in the morning and 20mg in the evening. There should be no problem in taking nova all at once. Tamoxifen has a halflife of 7 days and it active metabolite n des methyl tamoxifen 14 days so either way plasma levels will be quite constant
