How long for results? Which method?

Hi all,

Was hoping to get some feedback on how long it took before you felt your TRT was working and which method you used, such as injections, creams gels, etc.

Reason I'm asking is I have been on cream for about 15 days now and the only thing im feeling is an increased sex drive, Im not complaining but the big problem for me is not recovering from workouts and being tired all the time which is still the case. I see my Dr this saturday so Ill see what he is going to do about it, but I would like to hear some feedback from everyone too.

15 days is not much time at all. IMO it will take longer to see physical results from the cream. And there probably wont be malor change in the short term. Libido can go up quickly for many reasons.

What do you consider short term? Ill see what the doc prescribes on sat currently is 50 Test.

Hell, for transdermals 14 days is the minimum for your levels to even reach a "norm". It will still take some time to fully realize the full effects...possibly as long as 6 months! If you were on Cyp it would be even longer.

Relax and don't worry about it so much...that will only create stress which will eat up your T.

It took me 4 weeks to feel the effects of T replacement. I frontloaded 200mg test enanthate and injected 100mg every week thereafter. For me, the first thing to improve was the fatigue and the muscle pain. My sex drive showed up on the 3rd week. I will find out when the full effects manifest. I have been hypogonadal since my teen years, only treating it at the old age of 33.

Just saw my Dr on Saturday and he asked how I was doing after the 20 days I have been on it. i told him sex drive is up but I have not seen any other benefits. Basically Im still tired a lot of the time and I have a hard time recovering from workouts.

BTW I think the sex drive is up from the DHEA and Pregnenelone. Anyway he took more blood and I have to get the results in 7 days to see if where my leves are and he may increase the Test. Right now Im at 50, I assume that is mg but the label just says 50.

Anyway, he then mentioned I may also have something known as Candida because of my tiredness and joint issues, I took the answered the questions on the pamphlet and the score I got would indicate it is possible I have Candida. Anyway, i hope he increases the T, because from what I have gathered here so far is that most people use 100mg of T not 50.
