how to slowly add in thyroid meds when on adrenal support

hey guys,

thanks for all the help on the other topics.

my number one concern right now is my adrenals.

my question therefor, is will adding thyroid medications to my regime, very slowly, negatviely effect the adrenal healing process.

if overdoing it on armour thyroid, without support my adrenals in the first place, caused my adrenals problems, surely i should give my adrenals a couple of months to heal first before adding thyroid.

however, as im using HC to heal my adrenals (giving them a rest from production) does it matter if i add thyroid meds.

also, if one is on highdose adrenal support, can one can thyroid meds in a little more rapidly- ie titrate the dossages of thyroid meds upwards a little quicker.
