HPTA Axis Feedback

The workings of the HPTA axis are well documentated and easily learned.
How do the various feedback chemicals, especially hcg, effect the other mechanisms? For example, does hcg therapy effect not only LH an FSH but perhaps ACTH as well ?
I studied the pituitary anatomy a while ago and breifly. Perhaps one with understanding of the anatomy will comment.
Or maybe the molecular structure of the pertainant molecules might tell the story.
Any and all comments welcome.
This question came to mind when thinking about the possible pituitary tumor mentioned in another thread.

When i was on clomid and nolva attempting a restart it sent my LH and FSH high, but also rocketed my TSH (thyroid) up too.

I would assume not.
And thats interesting alrite.
Anyone familiar with the stereo structure of these molecules ?
The feedback chemicals that is.
