HRT - How much Test Cyp ?

i have completed by bloodwork and it is really good.

51 years / 195 lbs / 12% body fat

596 test, serum

so my question is how much Test Cyp to use for HRT? i am an active bodybuilder and runner.

100 mg EW, or

200 mg EOW, or

100 mg EOW?

(fyi, i also use 1.5 IU HGH EOD)

please advise.

596!?! Why the hell do you think you need HRT? There are 20yr olds barely tagging the 600mark!

You do realize that when you take AAS it will suppress your natural test production, right?
Your levels are not going to be 596+whatever you inject. The cyp will push your natural levels down countering what you are injecting.

I do not think I even broke 500 going through puberty. If you are able to run, lift weights and have sex without killing yourself, you do not need HRT. My total T was under 400 last time I had it tested. I also live with all the ugly side effects of multiple hormonal deficiencies. I am in no condition to be on an intensive excercise program. Even then, doctors have flatly refused to do what is medically necessary. Please do not go to a doctor asking for HRT. To do so will simply make it harder for people like me.

Is it abnormal for a 51 year old guy to have test levels as high as 596 naturally?

Check out the Total T by Age sticky. 596 is doing well. It is not average or normal for a man under the age of 80 to be under 500.

But how much of that 596 % is free thats the magic questions LOL. You might want to have estrodial as well as free levels check to have a more complete picture.
