Can I get a 2nd Opinion on Labs?

I've been working to get off TRT since last September. Truthfully, I never felt normal on it. It was always a roller coaster. In fact, I haven't really felt normal since my first cycle, like 7 years ago. (I think my body is very sensative to elavation of my E2 levels.) Anyway, after a lot of research and trial and error I decided to go with 50mg per day of Clomiphene for the last 5 months or so of my recovery.

I am feeling better than I did on TRT, but still not quite where I want to be. I got these labs back today:

Total Testosterone.....684, (range 241-827)
FSH................................23.6 - High, (range 1.6-8.0)
LH...................................18.7 - High, (range 1.5-9.3)
Estradiol........................29, (range 13-54)

These seem to make sense to me, since the clomid elevates FSH, LH. I feel like the E2 levels are still a little high for me, probably because of the higher than normal (for me) test level. I stopped the Clomid this week. (The last lab results i got when I first came off TRT were like 284 Testosterone, and almost zero on LH and FSH, so I am not worried about Testicular failure.)

I would really appreciate any thoughts on this.

if you got these labs while on clomid, they are not valid. When you are off clomid for 3-4 weeks, re-test.
