Default Can i get your opinions on my thyroid results?

I have adrenal fatigue, low DHEA-S, low morning Cortisol, high afternoon Cortisol, and slightly low night Cortisol.

Ive been taking 2.5mg of Prednisone ( Cortisol ) first thing in the morning, and after 1 month on the Pred i had these thyroid tests. Also before the pred i tried Isocort for almost 2 months and didnt seem to do much for me.

Ferritin = 42 (Range 20 - 465)
TSH = 1.0 (Range 0.4 - 5.0)
Total T3 = 3.7 HIGH (Range 1.5 - 2.6)
Free T4 = 13.7 (Range 10 - 28)
Free T3 = 6.5 (Range 4.0 - 8.0)
25-Hydroxy/VIT D = 57.3 LOW ( It says recommended 80 )

Now even after the Prednisone i still have hypothyroid like symptoms of a puffy/swollen face, high to borderline high BP, dry skin, weight gain for no reason ( i think its mostly water ), fatigue, brain fog, less endurance, and just feeling like a zombie.

Thanks for the help.

Ferrtin sucks should be at least 130-175. could explain why free t3 is higher then ft4 its not getting pushed into the cell.
what is the vitamin D nmols or is ng ? need to specify

Thanks for the reply.

For the Vitamin D it says nmol/L

Im in Canada so these labs ranges will be different.

I also got Reverse T3 tested but the results arent back yet.

My Total T3 is pretty high, i wonder why? Mabye its due to low Cortisol causing a build up, but i was on 2.5mg of Prednisone 1 month prior to these tests so SOME of my built up thyroid hormones should have made it into the cells im assuming. Mabye i need 20mg of Straight Cortisol ( Cortef ). I was even on Isocort for almost 2 months prior but it didnt seem to do much.

Even with these labs my Free T4 and Free T3 are a bit low, Free T4 should be mid range and Free T3 should be at the very top of the range to slightly over.

Low Cortisol caused high Estrogen, and my Estradiol was high on previous tests when i was not on any HC support, so mabye i have some Estrogen binding up some of my T4 and T3? I was told that when on proper Cortisol support Estrogen levels will lower and that this is a good indication if you are on enough Cortisol or not.

Low Ferritin is a side effect from Hypothyroidism, mabye because of low Cortisol causing the thyroid hormones not to be carried into the cells my body see's it as me basically being hypothyroid.

I get hit with a double whammy because my Morning Cortisol is very low then my afternoon Cortisol rebounds to high, and i read high Cortisol can cause Reverse T3.

Im seeing a pretty good Doctor who treats adrenal fatigue and thyroid problems with Cortef and Armour, which i read is rare, so hopefully when i see hmi again at the end of the month i can get some answers and get some Cortef,ect.

I know there are a lot of knowledgable people on this board so i was looking for any more opinions that i could possibly present to him.

Thanks guys.
