Default should i try enanthate and some other questions

hey guys, on sustanon ive recently bloated like nothing else.

i think it may be because the dossage i took was too high, i was doing 125 mg a week, and im not doing resistance training.

1. have some enanthenate, i was wondering if i should try it for a few weeks.

2. main concern though is hairloss and e2 conversion, and i heard that sustanon has less of a conversion to e2 and dht than enanthate. can someone comment on this.

3.also to lower dht and e2 when doing shots, should i do the shots subq, or break them up. whats more effective (i know doing both is better, but i was just wondering)

Are you are on TRT or is this a cycle?
Going to enanthate won't change anything.
The bloat is common for the long acting esters, could be high E2.
Sustanon and Enanthate are almost the same in the body and over a few weeks blood levels would look the same. No difference in E2 or DHT conversion as they are both testosterone even though Sus has 4 esters of testosterone.

There are many was to control E2 and DHT. Need to be careful about how you control DHT, i would only use the type that is rubbed into the scalp, and not to take any other type as it can screw up the HPTA axis.

If you are on TRT going to sub-q a few times a week instead of one 125mg shot would reduce the spike, but over time the blood levels would reach the same level.

Some people cycle TRT on for 10-12 weeks and off till they started to feel like shit, just to take care of the bloat. Better to reduce the 125mg and add in HCG and some anti-e.

oh really is it the long esters which cause the bloat. i assumed it was the short ones. sustanon has longer esters than enanthate, so i thought it would cause less sides.

1. is it the long or short esters which are so hard on the hair. also is the bloat caused by e2,because common thinking is that there is more e2 conversion on short esters than long.

2. im now thinking i should try enanthate. perhaps it is the proprionate in the sust which causing the hair problems, and the bloat could be caused by the long esters.

3. i just dont really know- also what is the signifant be about the multi weekly subq injetions- is the subq it the significant bit which keeps e2 down, or the breaking up of injectons.. i d just like to know, as ideally if i could id only do one shot a week, so im hoping the subq it is the important bit.

If your E2 is going high, fooling with dosages and formulations of testosterone is a roundabout, hard way to manage it. You might need Armidex or Femara. Is the 125 mg of Sustanon helping you other than the bloat? Then an AI is a good idea. I do one shot of enanthate per week and Femara twice a week. I do not worry too much about losing hair. On the prostate, high E has been implicated as the contributor to BPH. Some brave doctors in Europe actually use DHT for BPH because it is an androgen that cannot be converted to estrogen.

First don't ever do a sub-q test injection. Secondly, if you have to much aromatization
take an AI like arimidex. It will block 50 to 70%. If you are not doing any resistance
training ----------Ary you doing cardio. --You have to do some exercise. It is more important
than the test or any thing else, except maybe diet. You can't expect any thing with out
proper diet and exercise.
