Start with 120mg/week. Six weeks latter go to Quest Diagnostics do
Free BioAvailable and Total testosterone.
Get enough testosterone that either free or bioavailable is at the top range, let the other one fall where it wants.
Do not worry about Total Testosterone, unless your SHBG is very low.
Draw blood at Quest in the morning before you T shot
Deal with
Total Estrogens and Estrone (DIM+I3C+Resveratol+TMG)
Estradiol E2, ultra sensitive (LiquiDex)
SHBG (chrysin in cream, Muira Puama, Avena Sativa, Stinging nettle)

every other day =120/7*2/200=0.171mL or 17 on insuline syringe
every third day =120/7*3/200=0.257mL or 26 on insuline syringe

Try doing it every 3 days starting at 43mgs or using 200mg/ml do .22 mls every 3 days.

thanks pmgamer, i see where shippen is suggesting .35 every 3 days so i was gonna do .2 every 2 days. is 3 days better and is .22 every 3 days enough?
