Around here, they come in the sizes: 1mL, .5mL, and .3mL. The .5mL is probably your best bet. And there is also the pin size: 27G, 28G, 29G, 30G and 31G. 31G is the smallest and works fine. Some of the rest of us use a larger gauge for no apparent reason that I can explain. For example, I use 29G right now.

Yes. In fact, you can't even change the needle on most insulin syringes.

Nobody really knows the answer to this question. If you do this, then maybe you can get an insulin travel pack which comes with a small ice pack.
If you were diabetic, would your family freak out if you have to use insulin, which requires a syringe? I don't know... you really need to tell your family and let them get over it. The one problem is the fact that you are breaking the law with the hCG I think, but again, I don't know much about UK laws. But I know this is your business, so nevermind.
