Just starting TRT Need help !!

Hello, I will try to keep short

I am 44 and a giant, I am 6'5" and over 400 lbs, I am naturally very strong, and also fat. I really do have big bones and good muscle density. Due to a child hood problem at the age of 37 I got a total left hip replacement. Also at age 11, had surgery to untwist testicular blood vessel. at 25 had viral hepititus, but no problems since.

over the last year or so my health really started turning, I was always tired, gaining weight(more than usual) getting sick easier, sweating and getting cold more easily and losing my mental abilitys(my mind is my best atribute, so the brain fog was very noticable) sex drive really suffering with some ED and getting worse.

I just got married in march of 07 and had started a great new career in Jan of 07 so I want the most out of my life.

I started getting sick and even ended up in the emergency room for lung infections, twice. I went to a GP for follow up and told him of my other problems. He just told me the my blood test looked ok, and that I just had allergies. I knew that was BULL

i started doing some reseach and figured out why I had the lung problem, it was acid reflux leaking into my lungs(doctor never asked about it) so now i take prilosec and all is good.

Freind told me about a doc that is new in the life extention movement, so i went to him, he did the tests in office, im not sure the exact numbers(ill start keeping up with them) but my thyroid is low, test is very low(204) and FreeT low, and insulin is high( did gluc tolorance NOT diabetic yet)

This what im doing, 600mg testcyp every 4 weeks( i know i need to break them up), Armour thyroid .25gr(15mg) Lasex to help reduce fluid(really helped me feel better) and adipex to help control my appetite(works good) and metformin to control insulin.

I am feeling better, losing weight and thinking some better but not where i want to be. My skin is getting oilier, and im getting some acne, but not terrible. What changes, additions, subtractions do I need to make, I am thinking the Armour is kinda low dose. Anything over the counter that will help. sorry so long, thanks in advance.

I would sure like my mind and my sex drive back. Thanks in advance.
