Default Long term concerns of TRT

Is there any concern of hypothalamus or pituitary atrophy or permanent damage with TRT?
There has been a bit written about the long term effect of prolonged AAS abuse permanently disrupting the hypothalamus-pituitary-testis axis, but nobody seems to be concerned with TRT. Essentially, exogeneous test can prevent the GnRH-LH/FSH cascade. Over a prolonged period of non-stimulation, is it possible that TRT can permanently disrupt the axis function?

Since occaisional Hcg can help maintain the testis, would it be equally wise to use other artificial means of stimulating the pituitary or hypthalamus?

Understood. However, I'm concerned about starting TRT for a low T level and running with it for a few years. If I develop another problem that would necessitate the cessation of TRT, I was just wondering where I might end up....no GnRH, LH/FSH could be a problematic.

You would probably need to use HCG at that point to stimulate the Gonads and Clomid to get what little HTPA axis you have working again.

If you are reall concerned you can run HCG concurrent w/your TRT and that will go a long way if and when you need to stop TRT.

I have been off TRT by seeing Endo's to get a base line test WTF is with that. Any way this has happened 7 times to me and each time I came back to my first test levels so for me my pit started working again nothing good about it made me dam sick each time. And that is all the Endo's found is how sick they make me my bese line test was about the same as my first one.
