Default low sympathic tone and adrenal fatigue

I do weight training since 20 year's and when I read Marianco post about adrenal fatigue and weight training, I say that doctor is right.

I have adrenal fatigue since 6 year's and my adrenal never come back. If I stop I don't die like addison's disease after I stop but after some week I feel tired, and I have many symptom of adrenal fatigue

My sympathic tone is low (low catecholamine) depiste adrenal fatigue. Many people who have adrenal fatigue have high adrenaline or noradrenaline but for me my medulla-adrenal doesn't work well too

My question : do some people have this ? I try many vit B, tyrosine, vit C, but no result. When I take only on ritalin I feel great all the day but the second day with or without ritalin I feel tired.
Very difficult situation because there are not many study about fatigue and medulla-adrenal.

thank for your help

take a look at Dr. Wilson's book: Adrenal fatiique. Take the inventory and use his supplement strategies for each level of depletion.
