Hi, I have a progressive arthritic condition in my spine. I know of the lubricating qualities of Deca. I am interested in hearing from those of you in the medical field who may know of therapy which involves related anabolics. Please respond, the anti-inflamatories are just not enough anymore. Thank you.

i doubt, with the way you worded the question, youll get any help from swale. but yes, deca has that rep. im not sure how that would affect your condition though. deca also has a few other reps, such as impotence.

The raeson I thought od Deca is because it is a steroid that a doctor could give me a script for...insurance would cover it....no illegalities of dealing underground. Is there an alternative steroid that a doctor could prescribe which would afford me the same accomodations, without the negatives that come with Deca? Quote:

I was diagnosed w/ ankalosing sponalytis (sp) 3 years ago age 30. I started feeling it at age 17. It got progressively worse and at 30 I finally went to the doctor. I've been taking anti-inflamatories; vioxx and enbrel. I of course have stopped the vioxx and now just inject enbrell 2x weekly. Last year I cycled twice. The first included Deca the second included EQ. When on I dropped the vioxx and enbrel completely and felt great, much better than when I was off and using anti-inflamatories. I asked my rheumatoligist if he would prescribe AAS therapy. He said no. So I am looking for anectdotal evidence to help build a case for AAS therapy. Quote:
