I am in UK, here the endos do a oestradoil
test which has a range of 0-200pmol/L. I am trying to find out how this relates to E2 as discussed on this forum. Some people say this "oestradoil
test is designed for women and is useless for guys on
TRT. my level is 110. I have asked Quest labs in UK for the "ultra sensitive assay for males males method as mentioned on this site".They say they dont know about that
test? Is there like a
test "reference number" or something that Quest USA uses that I can give Quest UK.
I found another lab in the UK who does a "Radio something method?, maybe RID or ROD"? for males which has a range of 44-146pcm/L. ?.
I have asked a few UK endos who gave the answer that "there is no need to worry agout estrogen levels until they go over 200!.
I have tried everything to get to the bottom of this and so far NOBODY in the UK ( and I've spoken to a lot of people and read a lot of forums) and so far nobody in USA I have spoken to knows the answer, SO, if you know how this works there will be a lot of UK guys on
TRT delighted to hear about it, and of course I will enjoy explaining it to my endo Professor!
