Oxytocin.... is it safe?

I have been getting emails ads about Oxytocin. It seems that another Bodybuilding board is selling it. I did a search on it and found some interesting things. It is supposed to cut down stress and anxiety by cutting down cortisol. Also makes you more sociable and trusting. The big question is it safe to use? And how is it being sold? It is supposed to be a prescription drug isn't it? I know that they give it after child birth to induce breast milk as well. Anyone here using it or know about it???

It is sold as a spray to be inhaled. I have two version of it.

Problem is -- half life in the air is about 20 seconds, and most are sold without even a preservative -- so I'm really thinking it's a scam when sold in its current distribution method!

Actually had a VET looking into it because he said he thinks he remembers some serious sides from it .. Never checked with him but i will when i get time .. Liver problems i believe was one but remember i am talking about the pure liquid .. those things you have i believe only have a very small dose of the stuff as Oxycalm and maybe others are sold OTC.. Pure Oxytocin is Script when i looked

Adverse effects to Oxytocin include:

Irregular hearbeats
Seizures
Subarachnoid hemorrhage
Confusion
Coma
Water intoxication
Hypertension
Difficulty breathing
Nausea and vomiting
Dizziness
Weakness
Hives
Headache
Weight gain
Death (due to severe water intoxication)
etc.

The adverse effects are usually infrequent, but whether or not they occur will depend the individual's predisposition to adverse effects from Oxytocin and other factors.
