One of the first symptoms i noticed was a slight "slanting" of my member to the left when the varicocele came about. This wasn't my actual member but the tendons/ligiments (or muscles?) that hold everything in place in that area feeling allot weaker. My member was hanging longer but not natural and usually shrunk up girth wise. In the past i had complete control over these muscles and had better control over my member for sex. Now everything just feel's "floppy" and usually dosen't point up straight like before. I wouldn't feel confident having sex due to this because my member seems to move about too much now. When i used to get morning erections they would point straight up all the time, literally rock hard and touching my stomach. Now when i get erections everything point's down the way and the muscles in the area feel weak and somewhat atrophied. This correlates well with the reduced sensation in the area too. What causes weakend tendons/ligiments which is important over my whole body (arms, legs, pelvic floor, etc)? How big a role does thyroid play on these muscles/area? Can testosterone replace/undo the damage done by excess cortisol such as weakened/muscle atrophy? Can muscles be regrown/restrengthed with TRT? Would HCG help aid blood flow and muscle growth in the member area? ![]() Has anyone else experienced this problem? Some day's seem slightly better than others, but overall thing's aren't natural anymore and it feel's like i am "pumping" blood to get an erection rather than normal function.

Wow Megazoid, I have the extra same symptoms as you. Its sad and scary to read, because most people have no idea what I'm talking about. I feel like the crural region of the penis has completely atrophied, and my penis hangs down lower, and the ligaments that normally keep it center mast are damaged somehow. Its a lot more floppy than it used to be as well, and also shrunk down a lot in the flaccid state. It feels like the tissue as changed consistency somehow, maybe there is more collagen now and less elastic tissue. I have to pump blood in too, using pc excercises to get a full strength erection, but after a few secs the blood slowly leaks out. Before in the mornings, my morning wood would also be tight and hard up against my belly. Now, at best, its not as strong and hangs out about 2-3 inches away from my stomach. No matter how hard I get it, with Cialis + HGW or anything, it never goes up that high like it used to. I feel like I could probably have sex with my current condition, but it wouldn't be the same. It seems like it would be really easy to fracture, since the base doesn't get as hard as the middle region, and there wouldn't be much stability with thrusting. Man, I think if we fight long enough and hard, we will figure out what's wrong with us. I got a couple new leads that i'm going to look into. btw- I have been treating my symptoms the same way you treat peyronie's disease. This includes nightly pde5 inhibitor, + pentoxifylline 1200mg + L-arginine 3 grams per day. So far, not much help from the meds. Keep fighting and k.i.t |
