you guys misunderstood the purpose of my post. i realize there are some guys who have a constant battle with finding an appropriate TRT regimen. however, most guys just have low T and achieve proper blood levels on all fronts by using swale's protocol. my post was geared to those who respond well but after just one day of not feeling up to snuff, they automatically think that an adjustment in their regimen is warranted. this is where i pointed out that it is NOT REALISTIC to feel 100% every day or have the libido of an 18 year old every day. sometimes everyday stress's can cause such problems;even losing ones job or experiencing some sort of set back can cause you to experience syptoms that also relate to low T,when in fact T is not the problem. as i said,i feel great from 100mgs of cyp but there are days when i have low libido, fatigue, depression ect... however,my T,e2,AND EVERYTHING ELSE IS FINE. SO I KNOW ITS OTHER PROBLEMS THAT ARE CAUSING THIS. too many guys automatically tell their doctors their regimans are no longer working and ask for an adjustment ect...TRT is also a lifestyle change which includes diet and exercise. mxim |

I probably took it the wrong way because I'm new to this board and I'm still trying to get my hormones leveled, so right now, I have more not so good days than great days. I've been on TRT for ten years, and I've had mixed results, and doctors were unable to explain why. And only until I discovered this board that I realized it was estrogen causing the unpredictability of the TRT. So I recently got on HCG, and I'm taking DIM and TMG, but of course, that has proven to be unpredictable as well. So I may end up ordering Novaldex. And yes, I've been going through a lot of stress lately trying to get a business launched after walking out of my corporate media job and breaking up with a girlfriend. So I have no insurance nor steady income right now. I do need to start working out again because it always helps my mental outlook. The trouble is, I have so much trouble motivating myself to get started. I rather just go get a beer or something. But once I do get started, then I am disciplined about it. Anyway, I didn't take anything you said personal. Lately there's been a lot of bickering and tension on this board, including at least one troll, so maybe that had something to do with my defensive response. Peace. |

Why is it "NOT REALISTIC" to strive for the hormonal benefits that 18 year olds enjoy? It may not be realistic to expect it from the technology we have at this moment, but the way endocrinology seems to be advancing rapidly, I think it is realistic to hope for and expect to find ways to manipulate our biochemical systems to achieve the physique and libido of 18 year olds.
