I know one of the side effects of TRT is Polycythemia. As of late, I have noticed that I am having some of the symptoms (tiredness, waking up early with heart beating faster, retaining a little fluid, muscle pains, etc.) Could these be symptoms of polycythemia or something else? I am going in for blood work in a few weeks. Has anybody else experienced these symtoms while on TRT? If so, what did you do to alleviate them? Thanks for any info in advance.

Jus t as a addendum: I have also noticed I feel dehydrated, although I drink plenty of water. Can D-ribose cause this? Another thing is I have noticed that my morning coffee hasn't given me the get-up-and-go that it normally does. Again..any info, MUCH APPRECIATED!!
