Default Pregnenolone cream vs capsules

First of all, how many people here use pregnenolone? And what exactly is pregnenolone used for? I take capsules, but I'm not sure if it makes a difference in how I feel.

Should I begin using pregnenolone cream?

I've taken pregnenolone and DHEA and melatonin for years. Preg and DHEA are "prohormones" which means they're the raw material from which many other hormones are created. Their naturally produced levels decrease as you get older, so supplementing with them from age 40 onwards can extend life, strengthen the immune system, improve the quality of life, and do many other good things for you.

But, you won't really notice much difference in the way you feel, unless you had a bad shortage to begin with. You have to take it on faith that they'll improve your health. Testosterone, by contrast, will have a much more dramatic and obvious effect on how you feel.

As for creams vs capsules, that's an interesting question. I've always taken capsules. I'm not sure how well it'd be absorbed transdermally, but I'd be interested to find out more.

Pregnenolone Cream 10%

does it mean it is better than pills?
may be more of it gets to the blood.

I have a low pregnenolone:
Pregnenolone----23ng/dL(10–200) LE’s Optimal Range: 100–170 ng/dL

Couple days ago I started on 10% cream from womensinternational, 100mg/1gram
I am using 1gram/day
