Oh, I should have made this a bit more clear.
Each cap is a gram each.
Ok first off I am 46 and I didnt notice but I started taking the fish oils at 12 a day with my meals then one day (a few months), I notced I had more flow and volume in my piss. I mean I have stepped up to the same urnal for 10 years and I noticed it made a harder noise and there was more flow.
Without going into too much detail about the prostate and BPH (which all men will have to some degree or another) I feel now that the fish oils being high in Omega 3 fatty acids were doing the trick.
Doing some research on this I found out that the prostate has the most amounts of prostaglandins in the body. Omega 3’s and some Omega 6’s reduce inflammation by increasing PG-1 and PG-3 or (Prostaglandin 1 and prostaglandin 3) and these two prostaglandins are anti-inflammatory prostaglandins.
So I took that as the amount of inflammation was reduced on the prostate making the urethra free or less restricted to aid in urination.
I am also adding this to my diet to help slow down digestion of my food to keep insulin in check. Adding fish oils when dieting really slow down absorption to allow insulin not to spike.
As you know insulin is a storage hormone and keeping insulin in check when dieting is a great way to target fat loss.
Not only that but in the presence of insulin fat burning or fat loss stops dead.
If anyone wants I have some super articles on fish oils being anti-inflammatory, lowers Homocysteine, c-reactive protein, lowers triglycerides, aids in fat loss, helps with depression, helps with autoimmune disease, joints, and a bunch of other stuff.
But the prostate issue I did notice myself and beings that prostate problems are very common among older men this is a good thing.
Better for testosterone?
