Default Progesterone Cream?

Hey Gents:

My recent labs indicate a low progesterone level (0.2). I am considering supplementing with natural progesterone cream.

Does anyone here supplement with progesterone cream and, if so, what is your experience.

Thanks.

CJ

Good recommendation! Low progesterone is more likley an indicator of low pregnenolone. The primary way to increase progesterone is with pregnenolone, plus you get all the other benefits of pregnenolone.
