Proof that DIM works

Hi,

I did some looking on PUBMED but only found articles about DIM preveiting cancer and increasing the amount of estrogen metabolites in the urine of women.

Are there any studies that show that it reduces the estrogen in men and by how much. (Real studies, not sales hype)

DIM seems like a "nice choice" since it is much cheeper and more natural than arimidex.

As requested. I couldn't handle the DIM shakes. Too hard on my stomach.

You think that is bad, I remember making those shakes up in Big Bear (cali) 1 hr before snowboarding. I chuged so bad, for 2 days I could taste green lawn and celery in my mouth.
