Quest Test change Question

Back in Feb I had my T tested and I had a total T test done and a
Testosterone, Free, Bioavailable, total, 2 separate test.

The result from the Total T test came back at 470 before putting on the Gel.

The result from The other test Total, Bio, Free came back with a total T of 431 the ranges for both the Total test were different It was not like that before.

Total; T test by itself was range 241-827 The range for the other Tot T was 250-1100.

First question why the range difference for Total T in both tests.

I have had my T tested about 4 times and my free always was .30 of the total: Ex Total 500 Free 150 This time the free came back at .18

My Shbg is always at 21 my Albumin is always at 4.2 to 4.5

My E2 was 13

I don't understand why such a change in the free to total T level.

Any thoughts.

I AM going to get another test.
