 question for doctors on back pain
every yeat i get back pain on my left side almost near the hip,its near my upper glute muscle. a few years ago i strained my back muscle. i had an x-ray and there was no problems(disk). why do i keep getting back pain in the same place? it happens when i do legs or standing bicep curls. but its always in the same place.
