Basically...what is it and what is it used for?

Is it an alternaltive to Armidex and if so how well does it work?

I've never head it used for that before, but that is not saying that it is not. It is mostly known as an antioxidant. It comes from the skin of red grapes. It is said to make people lose weight without even having to adjust their diet.

I went through a bottle of it but didn't feel any instant effects. I do, however, intend to buy another bottle and implement it into my regular supplements.

Yea I dont think it is an AI actually. I misread a post over on AM regarding it and thought it might have been...

Ward Dean M.D. believes that resveratrol may be a better AI than chrysin. The research I have seen shows that it does reduce aromatization when there is an excess of estrogen in cancerous cells. In some instances it may also be an estrogen agonist and in other cases an antagonist. Clinically I haven't seen it be effective at normal doses so I will reserve judgement until I see more research.

Resveratrol is one of the main ingredients of Primordial Performance's Sustain product. I think they are a board sponser.

I bought a bottle to give it a try. According to their web site, resveratrol has poor oral absorbsion. Sustain is applied topically. I don't know if it's an accurate statement, just repeating with they state.

I'll report back after 30 days or so. I think their are existing threads on Sustain.
