Default Selegiline and Hypogonadism

My first attempt at a message. So apologies if a bit scruffy. I have had hypogonadism of the past 6 years. Been prescribed everything from testosterone patches to Sustanon 250. I am currently on Pregnyl 4500 IU a week plus some Testogel. I have read that Selegiline can stimulate the PItuitary into action (that appears to be the cause of the hypogonadism). I have recently bought some Selegiline. My questions are:
Could Selegiline help (my Gp won't have even heard of it)?
I have read that the action of Selegiline is irreversible. What is irreversible. Is it dangerous and could it have adverse long term effects on my health?
If it could help, what is the dose that is usually taken for such symptoms?
I have also read that certain food and drink has to be avoided when taking Selegiline. Is this true. Is it dangerous?
I hope someone can help with some answers.
Many thanks
Stagnes

You need to stop doing HCG at 4500 IU's a week at the most and for some this is to high 500 IU's a day. Your going to burn out your testis and become Primary.

Many thanks for advice on reducing HCG to max 500iu per day. It's lucky I did not take my consultant's recommendation. He was going to prescribe 5000 ius three times week. I said that would blow my head off. He then reduced it to 4500 iu a week. I am now using 2500 iu per week (7 days) max. Thanks to you.. Any view on using Selegiline for hypogonadism?

Uh, that is still way to much.

It scares me how uneducated and misguided alot of people, Dr's and patients, in this field are.

You want to use 250Iu 2 times a week. Not 2500 One less zero buddy

Now wait a minute, there is a considrable body of evidence out there, albeit not recent, that supports high-doseage short-term hcg treatment to rejuvinte, ressensitive, Leydig cells. I certainly wouldnt recommmend that high doseage on a permanent basis either. It might be a long shot but worth noteing and trying in some cases.
