Yep, starting dose is 200 mcg/day at bedtime.

I pay 255.00 for one week worth of Phizer miniquicks(genotropin). thats at a dose of 1.3 iu (.44mg) per day. I only use 5 of the 7 miniquicks (5 days on 2 days off) so it comes out to 178.00 per week for me. I guess I'm getting raped on the price.

you are taking HGH. Sermorelin is a GhRH. You may need HGH if you were born with a growth disorder related to the pituitary. If you were born with an operative pituitary that is now not functioning as well, then a releasing hormone may be well suited for you. As for reporting results, remember that the efects of GH are not as immediate as TRT. My sleep has shown some improvement. My skin healing is good for minor cuts and such (aging skin tears easily). Towards the end of November, I'll be doing some labs and get a good picture relative to GH and the other hormonal systems related to the pituitary. That will be around my 63rd birthday- so a good time to reflect and evaluate.

Positive early effects are improvement in energy level, maybe an increased libido, overall sense of well-being. On the down side, the first day it gave me a very dry mouth, and it does make it a little hard to sleep.

What is your dose and what time of day do you dose? Do you take it every day? Have you ever taken injectable hgh? If so, how does this compare?

Note that sermorelin increases not just GH but other androgenic hormones as well.

Quick Update

I ran into my buddy again last night(runs an antiaging clinic) who is also using sermorelin. He has been on it now for awile.

One thing I noticed right away - The dude plain looks younger. Im not kidding either, it looks like a few years have been magically erased from his face. Thats pretty much the best way I can describe it. I mentioned that to him and he agreed, he said he has noticed it as well.

That's an effect people notice w/ GH, so it make sense that sermorelin would do the same thing. I wouln't be unhappy with that, but I don't need it.

200 MCG at bedtime, very day. I have never used hGH, so I have no basis for comparison.

They now cannot write out scripts for anyone regardless of reason for anything more than 200mg of T per week. And they used to be reasonably lienant on giving out sermorelin/GH/T/AI's and basically scripts in general, but now they are pretty strict - levels have to be dam near bad.

Initially, at least, it is interfering with my sleep. If that doesn't clear up pretty quickly, I don't know whether I would think it was worth continuing.
