Sex frequency-prolactin-Cabergoline

I got an e-mail (below) that promises to increase sex frequency, reduce refractory period.
I could use that. At 66yo I am lucky if I could ejaculate 2-3 times per week. The third one is really pushing. My pines often is hard and ready but I am unable to reach orgasm. Does any body have experience with this type of situation? My blood check results should arrive in couple days, I will take a second look at my prolactin level.

BOOST MALE STAMINA WITH CABERGOLINE

Cabergoline is a drug which could enhance men's sexual pleasure and boost male stamina.

Scientists believe they may have developed a pill that could become as popular as Viagra. Cabergoline is used to treat Parkinson's disease and also conditions of hyperprolactinemia, but it has been found to raise a man's chances of sustaining multiple orgasms during sex.

In trials, the drug cabergoline (brand name: Dostinex) was prescribed to minimize the effects of the hormone prolactin, which is produced by men at the point of orgasm.

The hormone has the effect of reducing a man's desire for more sex by preventing new erections. Normally, the 60 tested people, who were all healthy males, between the ages of 22 and 31, needed a break of 19 minutes between love making. However, after taking cabergoline, they were able to have several orgasms within a few minutes.

Medical psychologist Manfred Schedlowski, who was involved in the trials at Essen in Germany, said the drug raised the libido to enable the male to orgasm again more quickly. He said: "We saw that prolactin rises after orgasm and then thought that maybe prolactin is a negative feedback system. Our subjects who took this drug had decreased prolactin levels, and reported their orgasm was better and there was a shorter refractory period."

Dr. Schedlowski went on to say; "We interviewed the subjects and found they were able to have multiple orgasms in very rapid succession. This is sitting very nicely with our hypothesis that orgasms and sexual drive are steered by prolactin and dopamine in the brain."

Cabergoline is officially approved in a number of countries to treat Parkinson's disease and prevent women producing milk when they want to stop breast-feeding.

The drug had no side effects on men during the tests, according to an article to be published in the International Journal of Impotence Research. The researchers now plan to carry out trials to investigate whether Cabergoline will have the same effect on women. The market for drugs like Viagra has swelled and is thought to be worth about £1bn. It is thought Cabergoline could have similar potential.

CONCLUSION

It is now recognised that the stimulation of dopamine can enhance sexual arousal and this has been shown to occur with drugs such as bromocriptine, deprenyl and Sinemet.

Now that prolactin is being recognised as an inhibitor of sexual function and desire, a drug such as cabergoline that enhances dopamine levels and reduces prolactin levels is being heralded as a significant libido enhancer- despite the fact that it has not yet been approved for this purpose.

i used it, and it oowered my prolactin down to 1. i never got the multiple orgasm thing and know other people who didnt too. plus it made me real tired, and gave me migraines. however i also know some people that love it. so give it a try. its not soluble in water tho, it loses its potency, so get it in pill form not liquid.

I am not bent on Cabergoline.
Just looking for something that would help me ejaculate more than 3x/week.
It is sickening to have a hard on and not being able to finish.
I am still counting my blessings for what I have.

yeah dude honestly, how long are u going with a girl before you cant ejaculate? thats actually a disorder, but i consider it a blessing. i had that a few times i just pumped the heck outa her and finally it happened, it hurt tho.

Vitamin B6 also lowers prolactin
If high prolactin is the reason then try a couple 100mg B6 tablets

I say this a lot and feel I need to say it again how is your Estradiol if it is to high you will have problems reaching an orgasm. My E2 Estradiol was up to 90 when I first had it tested I had bad ED and could not reach an orgasm for over 10 yrs. Now that I have it down I reach a orgasm to fast.

High Total E will do this also my Total E was up with my E2 strange your temps look like your Thyroid and Adrenals could be low. I take mine everyday and chart it.
