Default Strange test range?

hello everyone,
I am 36 years old, and have been suffering from low testosterone symptoms for the last 2 years: bad night sweats, hot flashes/flushes, no labido, fatigue, and no morning erections, to name a few. I just got my blood work done and I am not sure how to interpret these results. I live in Australia and I think the range is different.

Testosterone 10.4 nmol/L (6.0-30.0)
S.H.B.G. 23 nmol/L (15-70)
F.A.I. 45.2 % (18.0-210.0)
(TE/SHBG Ratio)
Free Testost. 248 pmol/L (170-500)

So can anyone tell me if these results illustrates having low test?

Yes, you are low. Combine the test results and the chronic symptoms you live with, it is obvious to anyone with a brain and a set of testicles that work. If I remember correctly, Australian doctors will not treat anyone with a total T above 8 nmol/l. For your sake, I hope I am wrong.

So, should I be seeking a way to get TRT? And are there any Aussies that can help me with options?
