Hey Swale..glad you got out of Bali.. scary stuff.. anyway... Im curious as to what type of levels of IGF-1 do you consider to be low and qualify for hgh replacement?? Also what level do you consider to be a good, healthy level?? Between 300 to 350 ???? And what dose of hgh do you normaly prescribe and what kind of rise in IGF-1 do you see in different dosages?? (on average..I know everyone is different) As far as the patient's age...lets say mid 30's early 40's.... Thanks for any response... I know your a busy man...

here's an informative lecture on HGH that will answer the questions. The usual level of 125 igf-1 is starting point. I have often wondered why. Rothenberg sites a study of igf-1 levels of men with and without prostate cancer (125 vs. 158). Not sure this is the reason. However the target is 275 to 350. For alot of guys, this takes 2 iu daily. But as you can imagine this is individual. http://www.ehealthspan.com/download/...rt2-sunday.rtf |

I started both at once. So there are some problems differentiating the relative contribution of each. Of the things that I attribute to hgh alone are: better skin (it's not a thin and heal faster), deeper sleep (I generally sleep thru the night--few bathroom calls), improved body composition even in light of problems with my knees which has made aerobic exercise problematic for over three months now, slight improvment in eye sight, and slowing or some reversal of greying (who cares). My libido, quality of cognitive processes, consistent energy (armour is helping here also), good energy for weight training, etc. I attribute to the trt. I started everything in June of 2004 and a month or so later added the hcg. Adding the latter just improved my sense of wellbeing and sexual energy beyond everything else.

Hi HeadDoc, My IGF-1 level tested out at 106. If I could obtain the deeper sleep with HGH therapy that would be fantastic. I'm wondering what your HGH protocol is as far as frequency of injections, time of day of injections, and amount? Could the knee problems actually be related to the use of the HGH, since apparently arthritic symptoms can sometimes result (although it sounded like that was usually from taking too much HGH)? Thanks, Frank |
