testo results help to continue

Today i get testo results while i was on testim 1 tube a day and DHEA 100mg.
total t 402 range 270-1100
free t 21.6 range 17-42
E2 21 range <70.
How do you guys think i should continue?
.Here in Greece we have test enanthate,test undecanoate (andriol or restandol 40mg a cap),pregnyl 1500 and 5000iu, nolvadex, proviron and before some days i got arimidex 28x 1mg. and of course testim gel.
I am thinking about 1 and a half tube of testim,1000 or 1500iu hcg every third day and proviron and/or arimidex(haven;t decide dose yet).Nolva i have read that may reduce IGF-1 which i am low too.
Before ten days from this test i was on testim 1 tube a day and HCG 1000iu every third day and was better than now but no great difference.Now i must do something to go with good steady testo levels and better overall.
BTW DHEA didn;t seem to affected my test and E2 levels as you guys have told me.

I stay with the testim and do 10 grams cut back on the HCG to 350 IU's every 3rd day as you can see from your test your testis are not making a lot of T and the HCG your doing is a waste truning into E2. Go 4 to 6 week and retest.

These results were only on testim of 5g for 10 days.Before that i was on testim 5g and HCG 1000 iu every third day and i was better but not enough to make me signicant differenceIf i go with testim 7.5 or 10g should i put the gel all at once or separate in 2 doses in th day?
And what about proviron and arimidex?

When I was on Testim 10 grams I did one tube on one side in the morning and the other tube on the other side after my morning shower I would put the gel on after I shaved so I knew I was dry. I put the gel in my hand and spread it on my upper arms and shoulders and down my back as far as I could reach I rub it in well. What is left on my hands I put on my thighs. Then I do the other side. I eat then put on my shirt.

You mean both tubes,10g at once in the morning.This peroiod didn't do HCG or antiestrogens just testim?
How were your test and estradiol levels during this period?
If you had gone with injections instead of testim what would be your recipe(dosage and duration)?
Also from the protocols i am seeing in this forum and the Crisel's
too ,for the injection pathway and not gels ,is using test cypionate 100 or 125mg per week.If i decide to go with injections and not testim and follow Dr Clicer's protocol ,is it the same to do test enanthate instead of cypionate(cause i cannot get cypionate) at the same doses(125mg for instance)?If it is not the same how will the doses of enanthate be to adjust with doc's protocol of cypionate dosage?

Yep both I put 5 grams on one side and 5 grams on the other side and at the time I was not doing HCG. I have trouble with estradiol no matter what I use I am 62 and over weight. I am doing shots now I do 64 mgs of depo T every 3 days and 250 IU's of HCG the 2 days in between.
I feel enanthate will work hear is a good link about the different forms of TRT.

Start with 100mgs every week after your stable add the HCG do 250 IU's on the 5th and 6th days after your T shot.
