Default Testosterone to DHT and E2

Suppose i have testosterone being made in my body. It could convert to estradiol and dht.

Say my conversion to DHT is high and to Estradiol is low (i don't have labs only low estradiol, dht couldn't be measured), libido good, erections so so.

Would taking a DHT inhibitor provide more to the estradiol pathway? And thus increase erection strength?

What OTC supp could be used for this?

Never saw a study addressing this but doubt it. If so then the limiting factor would be free T. Much more likely the rate limiting steps involve the enzymes that catalyze the two conversions and T is in excess. Make sense ?

in the male body, progesterone opposes DHT.

I have an old thread from a few weeks ago, there was no DHT reading done although my progesterone levels were under the reference range.

Does this mean i most likely have high DHT levels? I do have libido, i don't have strong wood (guessing my low E2 levels).

not really

could you expand more on this?

i have low normal test 400, half free test, low e2 (1/5th of range) and low progesterone perhaps high DHT

after taking DHEA for two days i got acne

now after taking it two weeks i have some issues with urinating, flow isn't as good as before, lots of dribbling, not placebo

could my dhea have become more DHT?
