HI guys, Please do some research if you want your women to respond. Pulse dosing to mimic natural levels & cycles of healthy young females is what sets Wiley Protocol apart, beside the obvious of being bio-identical. I am not only a provider but a consumer. I know Wiley Systems, Inc. very well. It changed my life! I am not saying that it is always easy. 75% of my cases do very well with little manipulation. how does the cycling apply to postmenapausal females?

HD: All women start at baseline standard Wiley Protocol ( I can email that info to anyone interested). For teens who are anovulatory, women who are in 20s-30s, perimenopausal women, and post menopausal women, the goal is to relieve symptoms and get them into target range of E2 and P4, on day 12 and day 21 respectively. We know ovulation no longer occurs in post menopausal females so pregnancy is not an issue. But for those who are childbearing we would be opening a window of fertility. The goal is to restore a youthful cycle, relieve symptoms, restore peace of mind and overall wellbeing. Most often there are other issues be it endocrine, nutrition, supplements etc but restoring a baseline is essential. For men with partners and no real serious hormonal issues cycling with a mate is ideal and can be done with transdermal T & DHEA. Hope this is helpful.
