How bad is it?

Are you completely and utterly incapable of getting it up at all? Or you just can't stay hard? Trouble ejaculating, etc.?

Myself, all my test results show that I have low T and low cortisol and all that shit that makes you tired, brain fogged and lethargic (which I am, believe me) but one of the puzzling things is that I have little to no erectile difficulties.

So far as I'm concerned, keeping it hard is a problem--further, I've always found my erections not to be as hard as I think they should be-- I mean I was already this way at age 18. Trouble ejaculating, not really.

I also have borderline low Total T (427 ng/dl), and as far as Cortisol, last summer I had a 24-hour urinary Cortisol essay and it came in at the low end of range. However I'm told that this doesn't mean anything until an ACTH stim test is done.
